Self-Pickup at Store:

• Self-pickup at stores requires approximately 1-2 business days for preparation. You will be notified by email/WhatsApp when your package is ready for pickup.
• To avoid confusion and delays in package pickup, please collect your package only after receiving the "Pickup Notice." Please be patient.
***Starting September 1, 2023, if a package is not picked up within three days of arrival at the store, it will be returned to the warehouse. The office will notify the customer via WhatsApp to schedule a pickup time.
Cash on delivery orders not picked up within seven days of arrival at the store will be cancelled without further notice.
